Conduit Up Through Barn Floor

The national electrical code which is the basis for all local building codes has specific regulations for installing electrical wires so that they are protected from damage.

Attach your conduit to the poles of your pole barn using conduit clamps and wood screws. It also allows future expansion of the electrical system by pulling additional wires through the conduit.

Ridged nonmetallic pvc conduit is the right material for this job because it is watertight inexpensive and easy to work with.
