Covered patio floor gets wet. My porch is soaking wet almost like it rained on the porch with no covering at all. Laughing we get some 45 degree days quite a few in a row and then all of a sudden we get a south wind and it s about 75 degrees and about 80 percent humidity. And it s like the outside of a glass of cold water. When tiles are not installed properly increased water levels from summer rains can seep upward to the tiles surface. I am trying to figure out the source of a wet spot that forms on my covered front porch right next to the outside wall of my home pretty much every time it is raining. The back porch is where my washer and dryer reside and it also gets wet but doesn t get quite as much sun and takes forever to dry.
